    So Russia called a meeting of the UNSC to tell the US they were in violation of international law for retaliation on an unprovoked attack that was well within their rights to retaliate?

      It wasn’t an unprovoked strike, they hit an illegal US base in Syria. The Syrians have every right to enforce their sovereignty against US occupiers.
