I guess you may have already tried all the usual troubleshooting as well. Such as pulling out all the PCI cards and trying to boot with just the motherboard a stick of ram, cpu, and hhd/ssd?
Other then that any psu should be fine, I generally go with modular corsair ones. Just make sure you get one that is compatible with your motherboard generation and has sufficient power rating. I generally go with 750 or higher for my builds.
By any change is your GPU sagging even a little?
I had a pc go black screen and reboot on me a few times as the GPU was sagging just a little bit.
Getting a GPU support solved the issue instantly.
Test it out by getting something temporary to support your GPU or lay your pc flat and see if you have the same issue.
You can “temporarily” even use a toilet paper tube

Lines F and E don’t exists in your diagram, all your VMs inside of Proxmox are accessible and sharing port eth3. Except Opensense, as its not bridged to eth3, but instead is assigned to the NIC card you have.
OPNSense inside Proxmox is the only VM that will see the NIC card and be the only VM that uses that NIC with those interfaces.
One interface would be for WAN in like you drew, and the other is the LAN port like on any other router. This LAN port needs to connect to a switch as this is where your OPENsence will communication with the rest of the home network and handout DHCP addresses. It’s also how you would reach your OPENsense GUI through a browser. (Outside of managing it within Proxmoxs GUI, accessible on eth3)
If your OpenSense VM goes down your home network won’t have a router which means no PCs would be able to communicate as they would have no DHCP addresses, so even if all your communication is “inside of Proxmox” your VM still would not get a DHCP addresses.
What you may want to do is use something like Tailscale (or a VPN) to connect the two sites (homes) together.
Run your Tailscale setup in home A, and then in home B connected to your tailnet. You can install Tailscale on the home router of home B, or install it on any device that needs to connect to home A.
Then in home B you just connect to your Jellyfin server like you normally would if you were in home A. This could be a android box or smart tv for example or accessing it through a browser on a pc. (If those devices have Tailscale installed and are connected to your tailnet in home A)
Using a VPN like Tailscale would also mean you don’t expose your Jellyfin to the internet.
Honestly I don’t know enough to answer that question fully.
From what I understand PCI addresses (01:00.0) are dynamically assigned by the motherboard’s BIOS at boot. Adding or removing PCIe devices, enabling M.2 drives, or adjusting BIOS settings often shifts your device addresses up or down which can prevent a VM from starting up.
Reading online though, there now seems to be a workaround to this issue. I might need to give it a shot on my Proxmox machine.

There used to be CDs that came in cereal boxes, occasionally a game would be on two disks.
Also starcraft was on two disks for the installation, though I believe the second disk was for expansion to the main campaign.
I’m not 100% sure that it’s the physical media its self that’s the issue, it more so that the digital versions require verification from a server to be playable.
Xbox and PlayStation can shut the server down and your digital game becomes useless.
Steam I think this might be a issue, but I don’t remember hearing this happening yet.
GOG you buy the game and get all the files and executables, so if GOG goes out of business your game still run locally.
I have been running PfSense on Proxmox for ages now.
What I do is the following.
Set your pfSense /OPNsense to start at boot when you power on proxmox.
FYI, you might occasionally run into issues where the NIC “GUID” changes so your VM won’t be able to start.
When this happens your pfSense/OPNsense VM won’t start so your network will be in a “down state”. This means DHCP won’t be working either, and any PC that were not assigned a static IP won’t be able to access the Proxmox GUI to quickly fix the issue.
You might occasionally need to hook up a temporary router between a PC and your Proxmox host to access the web GUI as a result. At least this is what I do when my outrage is longer then a hour.

What you are looking for is something called NAT Reflection/HairPin NAT/NAT loopback.
When you search for a “domain.example.com” your router loops you back at your reverse proxy and all the traffic remains “internal”. Your website will still be externally accessible (the ones you setup to be).

Well that’s a weird way to phrase it.
When a car or appliance is no longer in production commercial by a company generally a person can still find third party suppliers or manufacturers that provide replacement parts, or someone might step in and manufacture a specific part if demand is heigh enough.
Why cannot the same apply here? Game developers/publishers should be archiving the game servers and making sure anyone can spin up their own servers, or choose to allow the game to run without the servers.
I dont think anyone here is asking that the company that developed the game needs to continuously support the product after its end of life, but allow others to be able to freely support it themselves.
The way I see it now, corporations are going to keep producing games, applications, appliances, cars, machinery that requires servers to operate and a active subscription. Once those servers are shut off your cars heated seats for example will stop to function.

Reading the article AMD pushed a update and that update removed a feature that was once supported. There was also no mention that the update would remove said feature.
I dont know, but to me its like buying a car with heated seats. Then getting a update pushed, and those seats being disabled with no way to activate them. Or like having your old iphone performance artificially slowed through updates.
The big question is was this accidental in disabling this feature, or was it calculated. And if it was calculated why was there no announcement. The whole thing smells IMO.
Long story short, the hardware supports it, but the software disabled it.

All I could say is any speed cameras, along with any of the existing traffic and highway cameras or neighborhood cameras are implemented in such a way that the city retains full ownership and accountability of collected data.
There should be strong accountability and data protection for this, but city officials and common folk generally trade convenience for privacy for most things related to tech.

The issue is most of our roadways are designed like strodes.
We should design streets as streets, and design roads as roads.
Roads have no cut curbs or driveways, no parking is allowed on a road. Traffic lights and intersections are minimized and roundabouts are preferred. Roads are like low capacity highways in a sense. Trails run beside roads as opposed to sidewalks to minimize conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles.
Streets are narrow and lower capacity, sidewalks and pedestrians are common. Street parking is allowed. Curbs and driveways are common. Speeds are low and intersections are other signalized or stop signs are used.
