That’s so very Christian. Oh yes, this nice young kid who gleefully responded to let you sit next to him just isn’t interested in your religion and respectfully declined your unwarranted solicitation. That means he’s a sinner and you have to actively self-regulate not to hate him?

I mean… per the meme, very much not our first time.
Using the most common definition of those born 1981-1996: Oldest millennials turn 44 this year, youngest turn 29. Next year we’ll officially transition to “30s to mid 40s.”
I typed my comment above on my mobile keyboard. I’m just using the standard Google keyboard on my Pixel, nothing fancy. Em and en dash are available by holding on the hyphen, and the ellipsis is available by holding on the period (annoyingly, only when on the numbers/symbols page).
Hold on — why can’t you do proper ellipses and dashes on your phone? I don’t understand…

I do a lot of my wrangling in R for more ad hoc stuff.
I’m also confused, hasn’t he had plenty of roles that were typecast for little people? The two I know him most for are Game of Thrones (a character with dwarfism in the source material) and Elf (a character who’s entire written purpose seems to be “little person that Buddy mistakes for an elf”).
Is there ever not a mattress sale? And they advertise like crazy.
I sincerely hope you never test this theory. I many people in this thread are severely underestimating how little noise is needed to be disruptive in the early morning.
My local noise ordinance sets the maximum permissible noise in residential areas during off-hours (10pm - 9am on weekends) at 45 dB. That can be exceeded by 5 dB for 15 minutes, 10 dB for 5 minutes, and 15 dB for 1.5 minutes. Lawnmowers are an exempt source of noise during day hours only. I guarantee if you were my neighbor your mower would be in violation of noise ordinance at night.
Plus, assume some people are sleeping with their windows open. Especially in mowing weather. Windows open overnight may be the only way they keep their house bearable during hot days.
Based on the design I think this is the one I have: https://www.ryobitools.com/products/details/46396037169#
It does say “brushless” but they’ve got a fair few different varieties. I don’t know, I mean like I said it is significantly quieter than a gas mower. It’s a good mower. But I don’t think it’s anywhere near quiet enough to consider using it during off hours.
My car insurance went up like 20% from last year to this year. Exact same shitty “coverage” as before.
What lawn mower do you have that is that quiet??? I have a Ryobi electric push mower that I bought last year and while it’s way quieter than a gas mower I would feel incredibly rude using it early in the morning.
And noise is different depending on time of day. Ambient noise is a lot lower in off-hours, so your mower would sound louder than it does during the day.

Seriously, it actually sounds kinda good.
The user always lies. Or even if they don’t, they can’t intimidate the ghosts in the machine like you can.
I have an uncommon but not unique name and I have firstlast@gmail.com. As far as I know, others with my name usually include a middle initial in their email address but they sometimes forget it. I’ve gotten family event plans, car maintenance reminders, digital receipts, contractor quotes, and even once added to a daycare group (that one I did reach out to the coordinator to let them know and then removed myself from the group).
Yep, that sure is a word from my comment.
These violent delights have violent ends.
No sorry, I didn’t mean the image was AI generated. I interpreted the person in the image as being the employee correcting AI mistakes, but because of their hands they don’t correct any of the deformed hands in other AI image gen.
Ugh same. My first name is very common, last name moderately uncommon. I’ve gotten loads of stuff. Various quotes and invoices (vet, mechanic, window installation), invitations to child care groups, family gathering invitations (that one I think was the person writing the email address, not the person with my name).
Most of the time I just immediately unsubscribe or block or whatever and move on, but there’s some (like the child care group) I had to reach out to because that could be potentially dangerous.
Get your own email right, people! It shouldn’t be my responsibility to manage your email. Some of that shit includes your home address too.
