Is national insurance the name of a privatised insurance company in the US?
Cos here in the UK that’s what they call the more regressive part of our tax system that’s notionally earmarked for public health, state pension, unemployment benefit, etc…

Yeah, fair, I agree.
But I’m interested to hear from anyone who has first hand experience of these sauna bags.
Does it feel like a right good 85 degrees with decent humidity proper sauna?
Do they get stinky inside and need very thorough cleaning every time?
Take a nice hot shower for as long as you like and let the steam build up. Very relaxing, no additional equipment needed.
Isn’t the same as a sauna tho…
This is the first time I’ve heard of sauna bags, have you used one yourself?
I love a good sauna, but the space, cost, and ventilation don’t allow it at home for me.

Although lots of the replies to this are useful and informative, this seems like the kind of common and basic question where there should just be a resource we can signpost people to, with easy steps and answers to frequently- encountered issues, presented in an order and with language that supports but does not overwhelm interested parties…
Anyone know of one, or want to help make one?

However it is not open source… and needs a paid subscription I think?

Doesn’t seem to be open source though, unless I’m missing something…

Dave the diver.
(I don’t have switch so I dunno if it’s available)
Probably about 7 hands.
Yeah I love a bath. Especially when I feel I’ve really earned it, like exhausted after a day hillwalking, or manual labour outside in the rain or cold.

Oh some of those natural body smells do linger, I’m afraid. I pray you never need to know that as viscerally as I know it.
But still yeah I agree, artificial scent bad. But so normalised. I often think about ‘brave new world’ when I walk into a reception area or house where they’re pumping out oderiser. I’m just glad public transport doesn’t yet pipe the shit in.

Some people are just smelly even when they have washed, for various reasons. Obnoxious levels of perfume may actually be better than the alternative in some cases.
Although even unpleasant body smells don’t usually make me sneeze or my eyes itch like most perfume does…

I don’t know specifically about shipwrecks, but there’s a lot of unexploded WW2 ordinance in the seas around the UK that cause problems, along other things. There’s an effort to map the sea bed of the north sea, because there’s so many cables and wind generators going in.
Here’s a relevant podcast episode: https://engineeringmatters.reby.media/2024/01 a/25/249-the-cables-that-bind-our-world-together/

“Incy wincy” crew rise up! ✊️

What are the options other than removing the forms?

Ta muchly!

What is the video? Imgur doesn’t work in UK any more…
The entire Frozen 2 soundtrack.
