I haven’t been on much lately, but sounds like some good stuff on the surface at least.
I think I’m most excited for them bringing necromancy mechanics to other combat skills. Using necromancy, my initial reaction was “this is how EoC should’ve played, this feels like it was designed for RuneScape” vs the really lackluster system of basic abilities feeding thresholds and ults you rarely ever use that’s kind of the dominate thing in other styles.
I’d honestly much prefer they brought range and magic back to costing arrows and runes and made spells a bit more relevant again (particularly for ancient magiks where spells have special effects of their own).
