Can we all just move on from Reddit? I feel like the constant bitterness toward it only brings a negative attitude to Lemmy.

Personally, I have Reddit completely blocked on my network and the only way to “access” it is to redirect to a Redlib instance. I don’t really care to hear about it anymore.

Lemmy isn’t a whole lot better. There’s still stuff you have to block straight away.

Why all these Reddit memes today? Did they have another meltdown over there or what?

Been a while since I’ve been on Reddit. Isn’t the front page a collection of all subscribed subreddits? This would apply more to /r/all or am I wrong?

They add “suggested” subs to your feed now. They’re labeled as such, but it’s pretty annoying.

A lot of content is toxic dopamine-loop bullshit that I will consume if it’s in my feed. On reddit, I stopped being able to keep it out of my life.

There are some niche communities that I really enjoyed over there but its not worth downloading the app.
