Well there’s a reason for why I used the word “dumb”.
No, they’re not. They’re stoned. That’s what indica does to you. Sativa gets you high… though technically since most plants are hybrids nowadays, they’re probably a bit of both. But what’s the ratio? You divide it up into hundreds, like 30/70 which would be 30 sativa and 70 Indica. The more indica, the more you are stoned, and the more sativa the more high.

It’s not so much the strain, but THC/CBD ratio. CBD acts as a moderator. And if you store THC-high weed for a while, eventually the THC starts decomposing into CBD.
