Try to change the scroll speed in the file explorer (dolphin for kde) I had no DE except KDE where I just could go into the settings and change the value. Afaik for cinnamon I need to recompile the whole thing.

One little task that I tried on several DE. Try to change the scroll speed in the file explorer (dolphin for kde)
