I’m not clear on what the distinction is that you’re referring to. How are the Linux window managers different than the win/mac ones?
There are tiling window managers for win and mac too, so i don’t think this meme makes sense

Inaccurate to the point of being untrue. There are some people that won’t be good back to you, but the large LARGE majority of people will be nice to you if you’re nice to them.
There’s a kernel of truth in there, but here it’s worded as an incorrect statement. I believe the intent of the message is to say something like -
“There are some people who won’t be nice to you no matter how many times you are nice to them. So don’t waste your life energy trying to win them over.”

Magic solution for me? Throw pillows. Meaning like standard decorative pillows you toss onto the side of a sofa. They’re soooo much more comfy and ergonomic for me

The manager convinced the selective service to immediately draft Elvis before his number came up, lying to them that Elvis would be a performer for the army, but then after he was drafted he convinced Elvis not to be an army performer and instead go into the regular army, even though Elvis didn’t want to. Per the article, the manager did this specifically to make more money from Elvis’s career
It was all a scam setup by his manager. He was never gonna wind up anywhere remotely near a battle

I know geese have a bad reputation, but I’ve never seen them act poorly. In fact I’ve hand-fed wild geese in a local park.
That why you should use multiple email accounts. One address for friends n family, one for spam that includes all confirmations etc., one for work stuff, one for bills and utilities that you must not miss, etc. It takes a little bit of effort to keep track of the multiple inboxes but it’s better than having all your emails go to the same place
Hm, the stuff in wires is electrical current, but the stuff in nerves is static electricity based on an electrochemical gradient. Yeah i guess that all falls under the heading of electricity. No quibbles, carry on.
