So far it’s a glorified search engine, which it is mildly competent at. It just speeds up collecting the information I would anyways and then I can get to sorting useful from useless faster.
That said, I’ve seen emails from people that were written with AI and it instantly makes me less likely to take it seriously. Just tell me what the end goal is and we can discuss how to best get there instead is regurgitating some slop that wouldn’t get is there in the first place!
That’s the funny thing, you DO release them. Alternatively, you have 6 with you and within range of the 'dex or stored and cataloged in a PC. The whole thing is tracked.
It’s a surveying tool. It logs the creatures you encounter and provides relevant information as a reward when the special capturing device registers and tags the creature. From this data they can understand populations, territories, genetic variations, migration habits, etc.

2·2 months agoCutting toxicity out if my life in general.
I’ve blocked, unsubscribe, and filtered most email. I’ve completely reduced my physical mail to nothing because I don’t need spam every day. I’ve cut out ads on my devices, I don’t need to be constantly manipulated by companies. Speaking of, I left Windows like 2 years ago and it’s been great. I also filtered most news out of my life because it enrages me and I don’t need that stress.

I do this a lot for cases of beverages and usually let them know verbally since most people are just on autopilot. Most thank me for making things easy for them.
And when they doesn’t work, install a fresh copy of Windows on new hardware in a sperate location within another dimension.
What you suggest: 1/30 tasks compete. What I see: 29/29 tasks remaining.
Stores near me first put in self checkouts around a decade ago and still have the original, problematic machines. It’s the newer stores or ones recently renovated that have upgraded, but that is rare.
“Unexpected item in the bagging area.” “Please place the item in the bagging area.” “Unexpected item in the bagging area.” “Please wait for assistance.”
Because I played too much World of Warcraft, I get the parody Hard Like Heroic instead.
I have now, that’s fantastic!
Best laugh I’ve had in a while. That is some grade-A jank.
I already do this on occasion, there is usually just several inches of snow on the ground when I do.

Have you tried calling them? It fucking sucks to do, but I find it’s an effective way to get off mailing lists. It shouldn’t be this way, but until some governing body gets the authority and motivation to fix these shit companies, it’s about all we got.
