I think you can use standard TOTP regardless if you add TOTP as an option in the authentication methods on your account page. At least I did and the system has yet to complain.

When I stated pedophillia I meant the sole attraction to children alone not actions that’s immoral and a crime. I want pedophiles to be able to address this early on and be able to seek treatment.
