Relevant, but there was an incident in the news where a Californian cop murdered a couple in their home. It later came out during investigation and audits that he failed his psychological exam. The same thing with many others just in that department - failing the exam and still being active duty. So the sheriff’s dept was under fire and had to re-test people and strip their badge/gun if they failed. But the problem is likely very pervasive amongst law enforcement. This whole sweeping mental health under a rug.

I had gator recently that was a plain fillet and not a fried nugget or something like that. I thought it was like a cross between chicken and a meaty fish. It tasted like chicken, but there was a slight sponginess and the way it pulled apart reminded me of fish

That’s good to hear! I live in California and we have coyotes, deer, raccoons, and turkeys running around lol.

After looking it up, I just realized that hedgehogs are non-native to California and are illegal here, which explains why I’ve never seen one in the wild.
