It’s about $110 per night, with included food and organised events of some kind. While I don’t know if this is expensive or not it doesn’t seem unreasonable to charge money for food and board of this particular event? Isn’t meetup just handling bookings and payments here? Or am I missing something.

Got a small number of hours in it, 3,200 as I forgot how much the base game was, as I bought it years ago, let’s assume £30. It gives me about 100 or so hours per £ spent which is insane value for money in the modern gaming sense.

I have removed alot of advertising on tv by self hosting my dvd/br content. Best decision i had in a while, its like netflix but content is there forever and always accessible from anywhere in the world (if my upload can keep up). Fair amount of work but no subscription chargers
Proton is very gaming on Linux friendly, i main on Linux for a few decades now and had about 3-4 games not work. So i wouldn’t worry about that, however lightroom (and i assume the rest of adobe suit) is out. Couldn’t find a way to install it sensibly at all. Which is unfortunate. The backup for this for me was to use an old android tablet and sometimes id use the work mac out of hours to do some post-processing.
But the rest doesn’t matter much, i personally like Manjaro but the distro doesn’t really matter.
Not much to do with maths unless you go into calculation heavy industry. Coding is just problem solving and reading bad documentation 95% 0f the time.
