Fun fact: USPS acknowledges that our US territories are domestic while UPS and FedEx treat them as international. So its a little more of a chore and cost to ship to Puerto Rico and the like through anyone but USPS from the 50 states.
We don’t, unless it’s alot of food. So much food in fact that the equivalent sized package would cost more than $10.50 for USPS to take 3+ days to deliver.
I love USPS but this whole thread makes people look like they’ve been huffing markers all afternoon.
Not just same day, same hour. That 1/3 cost comes with a 50x delay.

Yeah, always an option. I mean it won’t alleviate any of the world’s problems but if you like chaos and death by America’s hands it’s an option counties can take.
We do and we dont. Almost 350 million people have differences of opinion quite frequently. Thankfully most of the world thinks our positives outweighs our negatives.
Either that or they are too weak to stop us in any meaningful way. We’ve seen how many genocides over the past few years from superpowers and no one does anything? Only way you’ll see a real check on America or China’s power is through a world War which everyone rightfully wants to avoid.
Well for one, he’d make it worse for Americans, specfically women.
America often acts it’s own self interests which are going to run counter to the world sometimes. But if I am chosing between voting to benefit my fellow Americans or some other country… it’s gonna be America. I expect and witness the same from every other country as well.
I think you are probably right but I always imagine it like wind in a sail. It’s strong enough to push a ship but not rip the sail due to surface area. I can at least pretend that’s the case. 😆
Yeah I just don’t like the feel of dirt grit and bugs in my teeth.
The best example I can think of where the race choices really got stupid to the point of offensive was the first “The Last Airbender” movie where the director race swapped the entire fire nation to Indian, made the water nation white when they probably should have been Innuit or something similar, then chose to mispronounce the main characters name to make it sound more ethnic when the source material was in English, so they knew exactly how it should be pronounced.
Then for whatever reason, people got mad that the main character was white when it was the only character animated in such a way they could be white, and the tribe was a nomadic collection of people making it somewhat possible albeit not relevant to the nation theming of the other nations.
Anyways, this triggered my annual Last Airbender rant, so sorry about that.
I rate it 1 star if it asks before I could possibly have even used it.
It would have to be a truly miraculous app that transforms my life for me to change a review.
If it asks after the 20th or so use, then it gets 5 stars because I obviously open it a bunch and regardless of my feelings, it’s obviously useful to me.

Thank you! That was an informative article. It’s like we are giving them Raytheon gift cards every year. This makes sense, as it’s the military industrial complex doing what it do. More blood for the blood gods, etc.
What I think is interesting from the break down is how they are supposed only use it for defense, but then when we go “hey I don’t think you are using that for defense!” We don’t stop handing out the gift cards.
Also when we were struggling to get congressional approval to give them more gift cards, we let them raid our munitions cookie jar we had been storing with them in case we needed it for the past 40 years.
It sucks, but I can understand why the US is so reluctant to give up their only long term ally in the region, who’s supported us in our unreasonable conflicts against immense global backlash. We also use them to funnel more taxpayer money to military contractors which are spread all over the US, financially benefiting many states in the process.
As always it’s all about the money.
I don’t really understand what weapons our government is sending Isreal. Is it that we just aren’t canceling their contracts with our weapons manufacturers? Or we arent banning exports of weapons?
Our government doesn’t actually make weapons, we give contracts to companies to make them and have limits on who else can buy. Isreal doesn’t need our hand-me-downs.
Yes. It’s making fun of people like me who are completely incapacitated for a day when I get a migrane/fever but get hit by some random thing and start bleeding and just shrug it off.
Women get lots of practice being miserable and carrying on with their menstrual cycles, while guys like me generally feel fine for monthes at a time, with normal aches and pains, then just fall apart with the sniffles.
It’s a relatable truth/joke in alot of relationships.
It won’t help beers but I wouldn’t mind the wide scale reintroduction of decanters to the modern age. I have accumulated a few since I’ve been of drinking age and they all feel fancier than pouring from the bottle.
