I don’t think the problem is that the government “wasn’t the best ever,” I think it’s that it hasn’t changed. And the US hasn’t done a lot to enforce some of the groundwork beliefs of the framers.

I still think the idea and balance of power of the US government is one of the best—but it was created to change with the times and address practical flaws (amendments) and hasn’t.

This meme is either very old or was made by someone in the midwestern US (always years behind on fads).

All of the bistro burger joints have gone the way of the dinosaur in my neck of the woods. Now it’s all smash burger fast food knock offs.

Taking the red pill operates under the assumption that you’ll actually survive to this point in your life again. Maybe you were one second away from dying in a car accident at several points, and taking that red pill will lead to a series of events that causes your death.

That was my thought too. Too risky.
