Similarly Best Buy’s brand, Insignia, is a mix mashed TV full of components from other TV brands (unless that has changed in the last 4 years). They’re usually the ones to go on deep discount but, due to the nature of the internals not being from one company, they’re nearly impossible to repair.

So, although your Insignia may last a year and a half or two, the Sharp panel may fail, the Phillips backlight could fail, or the PCB from Samsung could fail, adding to more e-waste.

Just found it, here’s a few other niche “older” anime:

Real Drive - one of my favorite shows that really shows how far technology could go in the future.

HeatGuy J - another sci-fi futuristic one that premiered on Toonami in 2002; the premise is similar to Blade Runner

Dennou-Coil - this one deals with augmented reality, and it is what I think we’re getting closer to the more companies invest in AR. It’s also well animated and family friendly.

The Big O - another one that premiered on Toonami 20 or so years ago, I used to make the joke that The Big O was if Batman was an anime with mechs.

Desert Punk - I won’t spoil much; post apocalyptic dark comedy.

Aaaaand one of my favorites with one of my favorite anime openings ever:

Kyouran Kazoku Nikki - regular dude gets thrown into a marriage with one of the most powerful beings to exist

I will typically drop several tracks on SoundCloud for a few months, pick the best ones, and then release an EP/Album with those good ones and a few originals.

SC makes it easy to post a track the same day and update or edit it, when I distribute through Spotify, Tidal, et al., it’s more permanent so I make sure everything is PERFECT before uploading to there. I know you weren’t asking for all this info but…yeah.
