I don’t really understand why it needs to be in Xitter format aside from creating initial confusion. Using a picture+speechbubble format with Gates and Torvalds has 99% of the same energy, minus the misdirection. It’s not like Torvalds has used Xitter in the last decade.
Because condoms are a foolproof method of preventing pregnancy…
You would probably want a wired mouse for this one… maybe it could work like a bungee?

If you are willing to get your hands dirty, you could buy TRS connectors and solder 8 ohm resistors from each channel to ground. Might have to shave down the pins and print some caps for them.
The ones I have seen most recently are so thin and flimsy that they are worse at the job than a paperclip.
I usually find my thinnest allen wrench and use that.
I would imagine it’s a way to familiarize the kids to the incentive structure of the badges when they are still too young to be focused.
And big corportations will always pay good money, so long as it makes/saves them money in the future

If writing software makes you some sort of magician then writing in assembly should surely mean you are a cleric or warlock.
TheOakTree@lemm.eeto linuxmemes@lemmy.world•Almost as annoying as the windows evangelists13·3 months agoGUI is a generic swiss army knife. It’s easy to introduce to someone, and it has a whole array of tools ready for use. However, each of those tools is only half-decent at its job at best, and all of the tools are unwieldy. The manual is included, but it mostly tells you how to do things that are pretty obvious.
CLI is a toolbox full of quality tools and gadgets. Most people who open the box for the first time don’t even know which tools they’re looking for. In addition, each tool has a set of instructions that must be followed to a T. Those who know how to use the tools can get things done super quickly, but those who don’t know will inevitably cause some problems. Oh, but the high-detail manuals for all the tools are in the side compartment of the toolbox too.

Big fan of thin sliced raw onion on hot sandwiches or grilled cheese. A single tomato slice is also super good with raw onion on sandwiches.
This seems to be how I see it used most. I usually stick to calling people tankies when they walk around explicitly talking about how proud they are to be one.
Tankie doesn’t really mean anything to me anymore. Even self-proclaimed tankies often have trouble defining it in a way that is consistent among leftist groups.
Spindrift orange mango is so nice… mmmm
Do you mean abx.digitalfeed.net?
Milk and coffee cake. Incredible. I know it’s for pairing with coffee, but still.
Granted, I usually reach or oat/almond milk these days.
