I mean you can see it even a bit with Payday 3 and 2, if 2 wasn’t such a cash cow you can believe a lesser company would’ve shut that thing down ages ago

Oh you need to see the fight from “They Live” if you haven’t. Classic 80s era fight that just goes on for WAY too long. So many times of “Now Ive won. Take THAT.” “RRRRAH” fight immediately starts again
Actually yeah now that you mention it, it does sound like something out of a renaissance festival where they’re setting up a scheduled show lol.
“Dirty Dave I’m calling you out! You and I are going to have a duel to the death! At 12:00 in the town square! Right in front of the Hootenanny Stage! Be there to see who is the winner! Tips welcome!”
I’ll just add to this, 9mm, or any handgun really, is still very loud. The reason it doesn’t seem as loud is because when most people are shooting there are two main things happening.
Again it’s still really loud, but the context of where the sound is being made does make a difference. Obviously larger rounds will be louder, but that doesn’t mean rounds like 9mm are safe for your ears at all.
I long for the days where movies would tell you it’s night time but still actually keep it light enough that you can, y’know watch the movie
I always thought there was supposed to be some kind of PPE or cleanup team that has to do that. Thankfully never had it at any of my old retail jobs but one of my friends said at their grocery store they basically just had a high powered hose they blasted everything down with then went after with sanitizer
Also sounds like you had a crappy realtor. If you’re using a realtor, get them to work for you, that’s what they’re for. Give them the specs of the house you’re looking for, sure, but they should be calling you with listings, vetting the homes before they show them to you, handling negotiation relays and inspection setups, etc.
Just general advice, yes you pay them, but if they aren’t working for you, pay someone else.
This usually comes from a couple things.
The Amazon site that could do faster delivery was out of stock, had too many orders already to deliver it same day on Wednesday
The time of day you looked at the order changed so you got in on Thursday early enough to hit that time limit
Or the Most likely:
They don’t do the “what about same day, but tomorrow” stuff because it’s usually a problem that solves itself. Either you’re fine with Saturday, or you come back tomorrow trying to get it same day again.
The thing that is worth noting is that Amazon doesn’t do everything they sell as fast as humanly possible. They still have logistics to worry about and not every possible site can ship everything at maximum possible speed. They probably could if they forced it, but the juice isn’t worth the squeeze on that approach.
