6 months agoA lot of that research isn’t done by these companies. Further, their marketing budget is often huge, the research budget is often lower than that.

Why would they need to turn anything off? That’s not how they expand capacity in the Netherlands. Why would it be needed?
Ah, the magical technological advancement that is only possible with hydrogen. While ignoring the advancements with EVs.
At the moment, hydrogen production is too costly, energy wise.
EVs are already way more efficient. You’re repeating things that have been discussed ages ago as something new.

It’s just one developer. I don’t understand why the entire discussion people pretend you are either fully for FOSS else you’re completely against proprietary software. It isn’t black and white.
Sync is the only one to actually give a smooth experience. The rest have loads of usability issues. I haven’t used Summit yet though. I thought I tried all of the various clients by now.
The developer works full time for the app
The Sync developer doesn’t work on it fulltime. He worked on it for maybe a few months, then at least a year of hardly any update.
I really wonder if you’re a long time Sync user.
That’s ultra, it’s not similar to what Pro was. Sync Pro was like 4 EUR. It removed the ads. Option to remove ads now is 22 EUR. A huge price increase. Ultra was 36 or so, now 100+. Again a huge price increase.

I haven’t seen that at all. Hate doesn’t bring you far.
Why do you assume the West? China often expands to other Asian countries. Or pretend to. E.g. after tariffs are applied to China you’ll often see a huge increase in intra Asia trade. Followed by different Asian countries heavily increasing their exports. Usually by hiding the true origin (tariffs are applied to the origin, not some transhipment place).
