The cruelty is the point.

The cruelty is the point.

Spez thought he could make it relevant on its own before the clock ran out on the deal.
37 - “Am I nothing to you?”

Getting punched out by an angry passenger would be gold for these people. Christians have this weird and totally unearned persecution complex (2026 suggests it has all been projection all along) that a preacher getting punched would totally feed into.
All the more if the Airline actually did something.

Probably not if you’re running Linux.
I’m forced to use CoPilot at work and chuckled when the running dialog showing my prompt was being delivered showed LibreOffice being used for initial file generation.
I have to constantly rein in my impractically large vocabulary to minimize the degree to which I sound like a pretentious prick, but just recalling how the crisp on the outer edge of those pepperonis was surpassed only by the crisp on the top of crust makes the world feel balanced again, if only for a moment.
And it was worth it for all the Pepperoni Personal Pan Pizzas.

I hate being cynical enough that this occurs to me but you could argue there is a speculative fortune to be made doing extremely legal things and getting arrested by this fascist regime - just for the eventual and essentially inevitable cash settlement.
Really the only speculative part is that there will be a functioning judicial system.
I’ve got two of those survival food buckets from Costco, so that’s about how long I will last after the apocalypse, before I start selling myself to stronger people who will protect me.
You are the one who brought up “perfect”. That’s not even the claim in the OP, so I’m not clear what point you even think you are making.
This is a fantastic roll call of a thread.
I agree. It has a small town feel for now. It’s bound not to last forever, but it does create a cohort of those of us who were here for the small town days.

Certainly and one could exacerbate the other.
Or not, i have no clue what I’m talking about.
Yokey with the subtlest little ng at the beginning.
I should not be able to exercise my rights if doing so directly violates yours. I think that is at the root of a lot of law.
