Yeah, I looked at the plain text of a .dotx file. That’s unparsable. The other poster probably has the right idea on how to get information out of the file.
Does it have to be a Word template? If you can get that into a plain text format this will be much easier. There may be a module that you can download online otherwise you are probably going to have to do some painful parsing after you import the file using “Get-Content”.
Do you have any code written? This sounds like something that ChatGPT could probably handle pretty well.

I always run my queries in a script that will automatically rollback if the number of rows changed isn’t one. If I have to change multiple rows I should probably ask myself what am I doing.

Microsoft Outlook puts attachments that you open in some insane temporary folder. That’s fine for viewing a file but god forbid you save without changing the full path.
It’s super tricky and problematic. Organizations like AIPAC have many American politicians in their pocket. They pump a huge amount of money into lobbying our government promoting Israeli interests. But this argument gets awfully close to “the Jews have all the money and control the world” type conspiracy thinking which is very frustrating.
