It all boils down to bad faith. They don’t care what argument you make, you’ll never sway them. They’re not interested in the debate with you as much as as they are just getting their bullshit out there for randos to read. He was a fighter pilot before that and was the first astronaut with a PhD. He lost close personal friends in the space program, they all did. IMO he be allowed another jab if he wants.
It really has changed. I noticed it a few months back. Subtle rightwing and like, morbid “shock” content and even some animal abuse started popping up more and more. I just gradually started using it less and less, it was pretty obvious what was going on.

We have them around sometimes but I’m pretty sure there’s a pipeline from local schools so it’s “official” and they’re finishing up their degrees. They usually get hired but not always.
I actually used to open them up and snip the wires, you don’t get to hear it POST but that never really became an issue.
Yeah I think we both agree that nuclear is worth pursuing, it’s not 100% safe but nothing is; even windmills catch fire or spin apart. It’s far safer than fossil fuels.

Yeah it looks bombed-out as fuck to anything more complicated than plant-life. I’m not saying we shouldn’t be pursuing nuclear energy, just that this argument feels very poorly constructed and intentionally misleading.

Conversely, my partner and I don’t have kids so a small kitchen is really the only “bonus” an AirBNB can offer. We’re usually able to find hotel rooms with a small fridge and just stock-up on easy to store, fresh food to offset the cost of dining out. Given that they’re roughly the same price now we’ve been opting for more and more hotel rooms just for the consistency. At least in a hotel if there’s an issue they’ll quickly swap/upgrade the room just to avoid hassle.

I probably wouldn’t classify it that way. It’s a cesspool but not really what I’d consider “far right” like say Stormfront.
You’ll find people openly arguing with Nazis so it’s not really fair to say it’s a far right forum as much as it is just a complete cesspool where the worst side of people comes out.
FWIW I wouldn’t really consider Telegram a far right forum either even though they’re definitely there and highly visible.
